Scope confirmation
Submitting site details does not charge you. Standard PSI customers confirm the review outline and fixed $49 scope, then continue to secure checkout after required source checks pass. ASI and custom work require a separate agreed scope and quote. CEI review is required before report release.
Planning-level information
CEI products synthesize available public and client-provided information for planning. They do not replace surveys, title work, engineering, environmental assessments or delineations, zoning or legal opinions, utility locates, agency determinations, or other licensed professional services.
Source limitations
Public records may be incomplete, dated, generalized, or unavailable. No mapped intersection does not establish physical absence. Conditions and official records may change after retrieval.
Preliminary Site Intelligence
The founding PSI offer covers one identifiable site or defined review area and a core PDF, with a local development appendix when explicitly included in the confirmed scope. Screening across all 50 U.S. states uses available national data and locally supported records. Utility candidates are evidence-backed estimates, not service commitments. Local coverage varies; the report does not certify a permitted use, identify every approval or confirm utility capacity. Drone flight, field visits, survey-grade work, determinations, undefined corridors or portfolios, and unlimited revisions are outside that scope. The stated delivery target begins after location, scope, necessary inputs, authorization, and payment are confirmed.
Payments and cancellations
Project-specific payment, cancellation, and refund terms are provided with the confirmed scope before payment.

PSI payment credit toward ASI
Provide your paid PSI invoice or CEI request reference when requesting Aerial Site Intelligence. Once matched to your payment record, the amount you paid is automatically deducted from your ASI quote. Each PSI payment can be used once, with no expiration. ASI scope and price are quoted for your project.
A quote or unpaid invoice is not proof of payment. CEI verifies the customer and payment before applying the credit; the ASI quote shows the deduction and remaining amount due. No bank or card information is needed in your inquiry.
