How CEI handles review requests.

Coastal Edge Infrastructure collects the contact, site, project, and supporting-file information you submit so we can evaluate, scope, perform, and communicate about requested services.

Information use

Submitted information is used for request qualification, project delivery, payment and delivery administration, customer support, and maintaining the project record. CEI does not sell submitted project information.

Optional website analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, CEI uses Google Analytics cookies to understand visits, traffic sources, public-page interactions, sample-report clicks, intake starts, submission failures (without entered values or error text), and successful inquiries. Google receives browser and device information and a pseudonymous browser identifier. CEI does not send the contents of your inquiry, contact details, uploaded files, or private project links as analytics events. Analytics is not loaded on the owner dashboard or private client project pages.

You can decline analytics and still use the website and submit requests. Change your choice at any time using Analytics choices in the footer. Your choice is remembered in this browser for up to 180 days. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. With analytics consent, CEI also retains campaign labels for up to 24 hours in the current browser session. If you submit a request in that session, the source, campaign, message version, campaign date label, public landing path and capture time are saved with the inquiry so CEI can compare referral or campaign activity with qualified requests and confirmed orders. Labels do not contain contact or project details. Declining analytics prevents this optional attribution; an optional self-reported referral remains part of the information you submit.

Research services

Site screening sends the agreed review coordinates to public mapping services to retrieve relevant records. When CEI uses AI-assisted site research, the selected location, proposed-use brief and mapped evidence are sent to OpenAI to prepare findings for human review. Private uploaded attachments and contact details are excluded from this research task. Background research responses are stored by the provider for retrieval. AI drafts do not approve a report or send client communications.

Files and retention

Only submit information you are authorized to share. CEI retains request and project records as reasonably needed to provide the service, address follow-up questions, meet legal obligations, and protect business records. Contact CEI to request correction or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping needs.

Security and third parties

CEI uses service providers for website hosting, storage, payment, and communications. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
